GRIOTWORKS Youth Program (formerly Philadelphia Community Youth Theater) is an initiative of Griotworks and is working to serve youth in Philadelphia.

GRIOTWORKS Youth Program engages youth between the ages of 9-14, in mixed media projects including multi-media storytelling, photography, the creation of public service announcements and theater productions.  

Summer 2009 Youth Program

Mixed Media Storytelling Lab - writing, storytelling, poetry, photography, and live performance techniques.

Ages: 9-14

August 17th-21st, 2009,  9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Community Education Center, 3500 Lancaster Avenue - Philadelphia

Fee: $100, full and partial scholarships available
